Our Services are not a substitute for emergency medical care, psychiatric treatment, or crisis services.

2. No Guarantees

While we aim to support meaningful personal change, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Your results depend on your own engagement, circumstances, and personal responsibility.

3. Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing when engaging with our Services.

You agree to use your own judgment and seek external professional support where needed.

4. Payment & Booking

  • All fees are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated

  • Payment is required in full at time of booking unless a payment plan is agreed

  • All bookings are confirmed only once payment is received

  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Sessions require a minimum of 24 hours notice

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeited payment

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our Services, we do not offer refunds for:

  • missed sessions

  • change of mind

  • partial program completion

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
